All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access delivery, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase on HOEJABIHAVEN, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy exists because:
- Access is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation
- The content is accessible the moment the invite link is used
- Digital content cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense
Exceptions
We will consider a refund or credit only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but never received your invite link due to a verified technical failure on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase via Telegram at @killsaints with your payment confirmation details.
Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after accessing content is considered fraud. We maintain full payment records and will contest all fraudulent chargebacks.
Access Issues
If you are experiencing issues accessing the channel after a confirmed payment, contact us immediately on Telegram. We will resolve access issues promptly — this is not a refund situation, it is a delivery issue we will fix.
