1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from HOEJABIHAVEN, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Nature of Service

HOEJABIHAVEN provides access to a private Telegram channel containing adult content. Access is granted via a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Upon successful payment, you receive a Telegram invite link granting lifetime access to your purchased tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older
Adult content must be legal in your country, state, or jurisdiction
You are accessing this content voluntarily for personal use only
You are not located in a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited

4. Payment

All payments are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely via Square or cryptocurrency. We do not store payment information.

5. Access and Delivery

Access is delivered via Telegram invite link immediately upon payment confirmation. Card and wallet payments deliver instantly. Crypto payments deliver after on-chain confirmation, typically within 10–20 minutes. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Share, redistribute, or resell access or content from the channel
Screenshot, record, or distribute any content
Use automated tools to access or scrape content
Share your invite link with others

Violations result in immediate removal with no refund.

7. Content

All content available through HOEJABIHAVEN features consenting adults aged 18 or older at the time of production. All performers have provided documented consent. Records are maintained in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is proprietary and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

HOEJABIHAVEN is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
